These pages are always so hard to do.  I’m Darius, I was born a little while ago (just under 21 years ago). I’m currently a studying in the Electronics and Computer Science Department at Southampton University, I am currently doing a degree in MEng Computer Science. I have a passion, that passion is technology. I have very random thoughts, I don’t tend to stay on topic but I will always come back to it. People tend to think that’s confusing.

This is me

I’m currently using a personalised version of Xubuntu on my main machine and numerous linux distributions on my other machines, like all true computer geeks I have more machines than I know what I need or know what to do with. Luckily space isn’t a problem at the moment.

I don’t really plan on “selling” myself on this blog, in the past I’ve tried the whole “personal” profile thing. They tend to be a bit rubbish and totally false. My aim for this blog is to post some stuff that I am interested in, rest assured that my personal and professional lives are totally different things. I’m no idiot, I know how to behave in the work place.

I have strong and usually pretty informed opinions, I feel strongly about a range of random things. I don’t tend to care about things that don’t directly affect me, It’s hard to relate to things that you don’t fully understand and therefore I prefer not to come to conclusions about such things.
